Manchester Property Finance exists because good property deals die waiting for banks. Our team came together from lending and broking backgrounds with one shared frustration: investors and developers with solid projects being turned away by lenders who simply could not move at the speed the deal demanded. So we built the service we wanted to exist, a broker that treats speed and straight answers as the product rather than a bonus.

Every enquiry starts with a conversation about your project, not an application form. Tell us what you are buying, what it will cost and how the money comes back out, and we will tell you honestly whether it stacks up and which of our hundred-plus lender relationships should see it. We arrange [bridging loans](/services/bridging-finance/), [development finance](/services/development-finance/), [buy-to-let mortgages](/services/buy-to-let-mortgages/) and [auction finance](/services/auction-finance/) across Manchester, Leeds and the wider North West, from a first auction lot through to multi-million-pound ground-up schemes.

What we promise is simple. Indicative terms within one working day. Fees explained in full before you commit anything. No jargon, no pressure and no case sent to a lender we have not already spoken to. Whether you are buying your first rental or funding your tenth development, you will deal with a named broker who knows your project and answers their phone. If you are staring at a deadline, or a deal everyone else says is impossible, we would genuinely love to hear about it.
