Manchester Property Finance exists because good property deals die waiting for banks. Our team came together from lending and broking backgrounds with one shared frustration: investors and developers with solid projects being turned away by lenders who simply could not move at the speed the deal demanded. So we built the service we wanted to exist, a broker that treats speed and straight answers as the product rather than a bonus.

Every enquiry starts with a conversation about your project, not an application form. Tell us what you are buying, what it will cost and how the money comes back out, and we will tell you honestly whether it stacks up and which of our hundred-plus lender relationships should see it.
